It's going to be a touchdown with this game day charcuterie board!
It's Super Bowl weekend and what a fun way to celebrate this years game but with a football field charcuterie board!
Your family and friends will yell "touchdown" when they see this fun, colorful board. Filled with an abundance of food this is sure to get the party started!
Putting it together!
Serving: 10 - 12 people
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
Items you will need:
Meats: genoa salami
Cheese: havarti, cheddar, swiss (I purchased the pre-sliced cheese package from Costco)
Crackers: sea salt crackers, pretzels
Fruits & Vegetables: red and colorful peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery, cucumber
Spreads: original hummus
Herbs: rosemary
Party supplies: football bowl, team color picks
Super Bowl Board
Board: etúHOME 25" round
Step 1: Begin by placing the football bowl in the center of your board.
Step 2: On either side of the bowl, add your crackers and pretzels. I love the pretzels as they look like football helments! ;)
Step 3: Place celery sticks and cucumber sticks. Then fill between the crackers/pretzels and the celery/cucumbers with pepper sticks.
Step 4: Create field lines with your cheese slices, as shown.
Step 5: Fold your salami in half, then half again. Stack side by side and place on the board as shown.
Step 6: Fill in with cherry tomatoes.
Step 7: Fill your football with hummus and carve the laces into the hummus with a knife.
Step 8: Garnish with rosemary and add a few party picks!
TOUCHDOWN!
